(1) Upon receiving a cake inquiry by phone or over the internet we will get back to you as soon as possible by phone or Email to go over any specific details. There is no commitment and this consultation is of course, free.

(2) If you choose to place the order, we will need a cash deposit before we get started, to cover the cost of certain supplies needed. The cost will be determined by the size of the order and the use of any specialty pans.

(3) If you live in the Kitchener, Waterloo area we have no problem arranging a time and date to deliver the finished product. Otherwise you can come in person to pick it up.

(4) You must provide at least 72 hours notice if for any reason you need to cancel your order. If you cannot inform me before the 3 days you risk losing your deposit.

(5) If you are satisfied with the product you've received then please leave us positive feedback in the guest book.

(6) Please be aware that you must inform us before placing your order about any potential food allergies that might affect someone. We will not be held responsible if we have not been informed of any condition.
