Delivery/Pickup details:
1. We are located in Kitchener, Ontario and are only able to deliver within the regions of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and some of the surrounding areas within reason. Otherwise you will be responsible for picking up your cake, your invoice will provide you with all of my details including the final delivery/pickup price.
2. For an additional $2.50 we will deliver inside Kitchener. For $5.00 we will deliver inside Waterloo. For $7.50 we will deliver inside Cambridge.
How does this process work?
1. After you place your order I will send you an invoice electronicaly by eMail. This will include such details as the final price, a unique order number, my name, my phone number, my eMail and my mailing address.
2. Decide what form of payment works for you and let me know if you are going to mail a Money Order or Certified Cheque to my address. Never send cash through the mail, if you must pay with cash I'd prefer if you dropped it off or we meet at a Tim Hortons or another agreed upon location. I will accept cash on delivery in some circumstances but please do not order if you are not serious.
3. After your full payment is recieved work will begin on your order and it will be ready within 3 days or less.
4. I will contact you again by eMail or phone when the order is complete. At this time we will arrange a pickup/delivery date and time that suits both of our schedules.
Optional colours:
Some cakes have optional colours while others such as the animated characters are just standard designs. For example a SpongeBob cake is always yellow, Lightning McQueen's body colour is always red. These characters made to look realistic. If you would like to switch any of the optional colours on a cake you must get back to me with the details by eMail or phone.
Allergy awareness:
It is your responsibility to inform us at the time of ordering about any potential food allergies.
Order time-line:
Cake orders are ready for pickup or delivery within 3 days or less after we receive full payment. So if you choose to mail your payment please keep this in mind or let us know of the delivery date you are aiming for and we can arrange it.
