Nutty White Chunk Cookies Recipe.


You will need:

2 & 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1 cup light brown sugar, packed.
1/2 cup white sugar.
3/4 cup softened butter.
2 large eggs.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 cup chopped pecans
1 & 1/2 cups white chocolate bar.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

In a medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside. In a large bowl withan electric mixer blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.

Add the flour mixture, pecans and the coarsely chopped white chocolate, and blend at low speed until just combined. Do not over mix. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 20-22 minutes or until edges just begin to turn golden brown. Use a spatuala to transfer cookies immidiately to a cool surface.
