Fluffy Frosting recipe.
You will need:
 One egg white. |
| 3/4 cup sugar, or less if desired. |
| One teaspoon of vanilla. |
| 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. |
| Mix these ingredients to peak, then add: |
| 1/4 cup of boiling water. |
| And mix again to peak. |
