Fluffy Coffee Frosting recipe.
You will need:
1 & 1/2 cups of butter or margarine. |
1 cup of sugar. |
1/2 teaspoon of salt. |
1/4 cup cold strongly brewed coffee. |
1 teaspoon of vanilla. |
2 eggs. |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, beat on high for 2 or 3 minutes or with a rotary hand beater for 10 minutes until smooth and frothy. Use on dark chiffon cakes, gingerbread and on white cakes. Makes about 2 & 3/4 cups of frosting.
