Brown Sugar Frosting recipe.
You will need:
1/4 cup of butter or margarine. |
1/2 cup of packed brown sugar. |
3 cups of sifted icing sugar. |
1/4 cup cold strongly brewed coffee. |
Directions:
Cream butter or margarine. Add brown sugar and continue creaming until smooth. Add icing sugar and coffee alternately, beating constantly.
Spread on home made or store bought cakes, ginger bread, cup cakes and cookies. Makes about 4 cups of frosting.
