Almond Frosting recipe.
You will need:
Two egg whites. |
One cup of sifted icing sugar. |
2/3 cups of finely ground almonds. |
Directions:
Beat egg whites until they stand in points. Combine with almonds and sugar until smooth and of spreading consistancy. You may thin it out with a little heavy cream or use udiluted evaporated milk.
Makes about 2 cups of frosting.
